Overview
Midnight Files is a static public website. This policy explains practical privacy expectations for visiting pages, downloading files, and contacting the site.
Technical Information
Like most websites, hosting providers and web servers may process ordinary log information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, download requests, dates, times, and basic error details.
Cookies And Local Storage
The current public website does not intentionally require account cookies. Browser, hosting, or security services may use technical storage needed to deliver and protect the site.
Download Activity
When you request a PDF or image, the hosting service may log that request as part of ordinary server operations. Midnight Files does not currently provide user accounts for public downloads.
Contact Emails
If you email Midnight Files after a public address is configured, your email address and message contents will be used to read, route, and respond to your request.
Future Newsletter
If an email newsletter is enabled later, the signup form should explain what is collected and how to unsubscribe. Until then, this website does not provide a newsletter signup.
Third-Party Services
The site is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare and related infrastructure may process technical information needed for hosting, security, caching, analytics, and delivery. Future external book or retailer links may take you to third-party sites with their own privacy practices.
Retention And Choices
Technical logs and contact messages may be retained for a reasonable period for security, troubleshooting, operations, or recordkeeping. You can choose not to contact the site by email and can leave the site before using external links.
Children's Privacy
Midnight Files is not designed to collect personal information from children. Adults should review downloads before sharing them with children.
Updates And Contact
This policy may be updated as the website changes. Contact information will be added once the approved public email address is configured.
